We do like to handle our customers queries on a more personal level, but here are just a few of the more common questions we receive:
 

Q: What are your contact hours ?

We are contactable 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday
At all other times and during busy times you will be directed to an answer phone, please do leave a name and telephone number and we will get back as soon as possible.

Q: How do I return something if I’m not happy with it ?

Please refer to the Shipping & Returns Policy Page before you attempt to return anything. Depending upon the reason for your return there will be specific instructions.        

Q: My items are damaged, what do I do ?

Again, please refer to the Shipping & Returns Policy Page before you attempt to return anything. In all instances you will need a returns reference number.

Q: Can I pay by cheque ?

I’m afraid not. All purchases should be made with a credit card or through Paypal. You can be assured that all transactions are secure and confidential.

Q: How do I review my order ?

To change the quantity of an item, enter a new number in the Qty. box and click update.
To remove an item, check the box and click Delete.
To save your order while continuing to shop, click Continue Shopping.
To place your order now, click Checkout.
Your Shipping charges will be shown on the next page.

Q: How do make a complaint?

We certainly hope we don’t give you cause to complain, but if you feel that have to put in a complaint then please send an e-mail to enticenterprises@GENDERmix.co.uk

Q: Is there a minimum order that I have to make ?

No, there’s no minimum order, however is does become cheaper the more products that you buy, and on orders over £100 you receive half price postage; if your order is £150 you receive Free postage.

Q: What if I’ve been sent the wrong goods ?

We pride ourselves on giving our customers a first class service. However, if something does go wrong and you don’t get the goods that you ordered then please contact us in the first instance. We will then check your order against the items you have received. 

If there is an error we will ask you to return the product that you have received and we will replace your goods for the correct ones at no further cost to you.

Q: I left my computer before finishing my order, when I came back my basket was empty, Why ?

You where probably away for more than 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of inactivity your session is lost and the server forgets who you are. As long as you do something every 19 minutes or less (just refreshing the page will do) it'll remember who you are.     

Q: Why can’t I stay logged in ?

Chances are you have cookies turned off. Although we do not leave a permanent cookie on your machine (out of respect for your privacy), session info is sent using cookie technology. You can turn cookies on or off, or you can just add our sites to the list of sites you trust.

In Internet explorer go to tools on your menu bar, then select Internet options.
From the window that pops up select the Privacy tab. Slide the slider down to a different setting, even High will allow our cookie. Click OK. You may need to restart your web browser before it allows you to remain logged in.

Q: What if a product is out of stock ?

Occasionally, our distributors will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder the backordered item until the item is received or until our customer provides us with a suitable substitution or cancels the item in question.

Q: Who is responsible for any Customs Fees & Import Duties?

When shipping internationally your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. GENDERmix  does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
