Standard Estimated Postage Rates & Fees

Within the UK our preferred postal carrier is:
Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. 

For both Europe and Outside Europe we use:           International Signed for Mail

United Kingdom charges are at a rate of:
£4.00 plus £1.50 for each additional item.

European charges are at a rate of:
£9.00 plus £3.00 for each additional item.

Outside Europe charges are at a rate of:
£12.00 plus £3.00 for each additional item.

The size of your parcel will determine the carrier used. The preferred carrier and prices reflect the surety that both you, and us have the protection and proof that your goods have reached their destination. We have some items that incur charges according to weight. This additional charge has been factored into the price of the item and is indicated within the product description.

We send all parcels out discreetly packaged.

All items in stock will be posted within 24-48 hours.  While we endeavour to provide you with the product of your choice, there are times when we sell out of a particular item and your order may take 7-10 days to get to you. If you need an item very quickly

Who is responsible for any Customs Fees & Import Duties?

When shipping internationally your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. GENDERmix does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

To help you to do this we give you 7 days - no questions asked - to return your purchases for a full refund or exchange. Your 7 days starts from the initial date of dispatch. Goods should be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

All returned items must be unused and be in their original condition & packaging. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. Therefore, for hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs, panties, lingerie and items of clothing: these are non- refundable and non exchangeable. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them. Returns after 7 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. We cannot refund the initial postage cost of your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning the product.

If you do wish to return a faulty item or items please contact us before hand so we can issue you a returns number and instructions on how to return the goods.

We reserve the right to charge a £5 administration fee for cancelled orders.
